Despite its low cost, the FT232B Kit not only offers the advanced features of FTDIs 2nd generation device but has a quality 2-layer PCB design with solid power and ground planes and an integral 93C46 EEPROM on-board for easy OEM customisation. The FT232B Kit plugs into a standard 28-pin 0.6in wide DIP socket. The FT232B Kit on 6 pins connector providing access to RXD, TXD, RTS, CTS pins as TTL logic level and power 3.3V/5V 150mA.
